ಕನ್ನಡ ಚಿತ್ರರಂಗದ ಹಿರಿಯ ನಟಿ ಬಿ. ಸರೋಜಾ ದೇವಿ ಅವರು ಇಂದು (ಜುಲೈ 14) ನಿಧನ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರಿಗೆ 87 ವರ್ಷ ವಯಸ್ಸಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಅವರಿಗೆ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕಳೆದ ಕೆಲವು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಸರೋಜಾ ದೇವಿ ಅವರು ವಯೋ ಸಹಜ ಕಾಯಿಲೆಯಿಂದ ಬಳಲುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಆರೂವರೆ ದಶಕಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಅವರು ಚಿತ್ರರಂಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭಿನಯಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
